Shipping policy

Lulu is a print-on-demand (POD) company. Therefore, all items must be printed and bound before shipping. This includes books, yearbooks, photo albums, comics, calendars, and magazines.

We produce books in our printing facilities located in various parts of the world, including France, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, and the United States, and we ship them worldwide.

Our normal production times are 3 to 5 business days, but your shopping cart will display the estimated production time specific to your order.

These can be affected by circumstances beyond Lulu's control such as incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, carrier delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Lulu is not responsible for independent delivery delays beyond its control and will not follow up on these orders during this period.

Please note that the economic and priority methods may take longer in some regions, and transit time can sometimes reach 28 days. Orders sent by economic or priority mail that are not delivered within the 28 days allowed for these methods are likely to benefit from a replacement order at the discretion of Lulu's customer support agents. Please note that we are unable to offer more than one replacement order for orders sent by economic or priority mail. It is NOT possible to choose Standard with tracking or Express with tracking for P.O. boxes or to choose Poste Restante, as these options require a physical address. International Economy parcels are delivered via the postal service of the destination country. Local customs and immigration services set the customs fees or local taxes applicable to items from territories outside the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lulu cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by the buyer or recipient in case of non-delivery or late delivery. Lulu does not provide any delivery insurance coverage. All orders addressed to APO/FPO (military addresses) and DPO (diplomatic addresses) must be shipped via US postal services. Shipping by Express or Ground is not possible, as these options require a physical address. For all orders addressed to APO/FPO with European military addresses, please select "Armed Forces Middle East" to enter the AE abbreviation on the shipping form. AE includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada. Any order to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico requires at least 14 days of transit. Beyond 14 days, the order may benefit from a replacement order at the discretion of Lulu's employees.
